As I headed home, there were several robins, the first of the soon-to-come season, flitting around the school grounds. It was such a wonderful sight to see! Always a sure sign of spring, robins bring with them warmer days, and spring flowers are sure to follow. A little haiku is all I have tonight.

swooping low and soaring high
bringing with it spring

It’s so nice to get in touch with nature after a long day of being inside your head, isn’t it?

It is such a tentative time of year. Yesterday nearing 50 degrees…this morning it was snowing. Those robins give hope.
